One small addition worth considering for How We Use Your Information, since you're now doing phone OTP verification through Meta's Higher Intent form:

• To verify your contact details and prevent fraudulent submissions

This keeps the policy accurate and covers you if anyone asks why phone verification happens before their lead is processed.
